Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Civisource (civisource.app) and SAMSOS (samsos.civisource.app), run by Saga Dog Corp in Miami, Florida ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and be authorized to act for the organization you sign up. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free and paid plans

Some features are free. Paid plans and services are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. We may change prices with advance notice.

AI-generated content

Some features use AI to summarize notices or draft text. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review, edit and verify anything generated before you submit it to a funder or agency. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit.

No guarantee of awards

We help you find and prepare for opportunities, but we do not guarantee that you will win any grant, contract or award, or that any opportunity is still open. Always confirm deadlines and requirements with the official source, such as Grants.gov, SAM.gov or the funder.

Public data

Grant and contract data comes from public sources such as USAspending.gov and SAM.gov and may contain errors or delays. It is provided "as is".

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law, misrepresent your organization, or submit false information to funders.
• Don't try to access other organizations' data or interfere with the service.
• Don't scrape the service at a scale that degrades it, or resell it without our written permission.
• Don't upload malware or content you don't have the right to use.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the content and data you put into the service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the My account page. We may end or suspend the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious misuse.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them, we will update the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
